By using Drivers Family ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Drivers Family is a SaaS platform that helps delivery companies manage drivers, optimize routes, and track deliveries. The platform is provided as a monthly subscription service at ourdriversfamily.com.

2. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform.
Use the platform to transmit harmful or illegal content.
Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drivers Family is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
